Curb appeal is usually judged at two in the afternoon
People spend real money on the front of a house: paint, shutters, a new door, beds, mulch, a walkway. All of it assumes the sun is up. Then the sun goes down and none of it is visible. What actually reads from the road
From a moving car or across the street, you are not seeing detail. What carries is the outline and a couple of features. That means three things matter and the rest does not. A lit roof edge gives the house a shape. A lit entry tells you where the front of the house is. One accent keeps it from looking flat.

The purchase conversation is usually about holidays. What gets the hours is the everyday setting. A soft white wash down the front of a house is not a decoration. It is the house, visible. A run that stops abruptly at the corner is obvious from that angle. Carrying the line past the corner solves it, and it is a design decision, not an upsell.

The single highest value target is the front door, by a wide margin. The door is where the eye goes, and lighting it organizes everything else. It is also the part that earns its place functionally too, because people actually walk there in the dark.
